Return & Refund Policy – Sector Nine
We have a 14-day Return & Refund Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
Unworn or unused,
With tags attached,
In its original packaging,
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return or Refund

Refund Request (if the item arrived damaged or faulty)

Return Request (if the item does not please you or does not fit)

In your email, please include:

Your full name and order number

Clear photos of the item(s) showing the condition

We will review your request and photos. Based on the inspection, we may accept or decline your return/refund request.
"Please note that response times may vary, as we are currently receiving a high volume of emails. Rest assured, we will get back to you as soon as possible."
If Accepted

You will receive a PDF return form by email.

Print the form, repackage the items securely, and include the form in the parcel.

Ship the parcel back to the return address provided in the PDF.

The refund/return window is 14 days from the date you received your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
